EMPLOYMENT

Recovery Centers of Arkansas accepts resumes and applications on a regular basis.  The types of positions hired for our facilities are:

1)  Counselor/Case Manager - provide substance abuse treatment (certification and/or licensure required)

2)  Treatment Operations Security Support  - responsible for after hours monitoring of clients' well being and security of the facility, usually a part-time position

3)  Accounting support staff - supports the accounting functions under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer

4)  Receptionist/Treatment support - relates to staff, clients and public in a positive manner, has ability to multi task, answers phone, performs simple mathematical operations, operates standard office equipment

5)  Food Services - responsible for preparing and serving meals and cleaning kitchen/cooking facilities, usually a part-time position

6)  Maintenance - responsible for facility, equipment and vehicle upkeep, usually a part-time position

7)  Housekeeping staff - responsible for cleaning the facilities at our Riverbend and Williamsburg locations

8)  Marketing Director - responsible for  the development, implementation and monitoring of an aggressive marketing plan that includes on-going public relations.

9)  Chef/Food Services Coordinator - Responsible for maintaining all food services in compliance with appropriate regulations. Plan and prepare meals in compliance with nutritional guidelines and within budget. Prepare & post weekly menu. Maintain adequate inventory for food and janitorial products. Assure compliance with Health Department and other applicable regulations. Maintain record of purchases, invoices, inventories, etc.
