Oasis's Program for Professionals

Oasis's Program for Professionals is thoughtfully designed to meet the unique needs of individuals in high-responsibility careers who are navigating substance use challenges, regulatory requirements, or diversion board expectations. We understand that professionals face complex pressures—from managing work-life balance and secondary trauma to maintaining licensure and returning to high-stakes work environments. That’s why our program goes beyond traditional treatment, offering a comprehensive, person-centered approach that addresses the physical, emotional, psychological, and occupational impacts of addiction.

Rooted in evidence-based practices and advanced therapeutic modalities, our treatment program delivers deeply personalized care, thorough assessments, and targeted support for professionals at every stage of recovery. From day one, clients benefit from tailored treatment plans, specialized therapies, family involvement, and guided return-to-work preparation—all with a focus on sustainable, lifelong recovery. Whether you’re a healthcare provider, attorney, pilot, law enforcement or other licensed professional, Oasis provides a safe, supportive space to heal, grow, and return to your calling with clarity and confidence.

Our Residential Treatment Program provides support for men and women who are dependent on or abuse alcohol or other drugs; are experiencing life problems with substance use or abuse; and those with co-occurring disorders and substance use/abuse related issues. Beyond that, this program offers personalized addiction treatment to meet the special needs of professionals.

Professionals who live with addiction have unique treatment needs best met through a person-centered approach that embraces evidence-based best practices to address the physical, mental, emotional and occupational impacts of addiction. Our clinicians address the unique needs and specialized requirements for professionals facing regulatory and diversion board requirements to return to work. We focus on work-life balance, secondary trauma and navigating high risk situations in the work environment.

Upon admission to our residential program, professionals receive thorough assessments. In addition to substance use and medical assessments, they will receive psychological evaluations/weekly follow-ups and medication management throughout the duration of their treatment. These assessments are all carefully designed to guide a personalized care plan that integrates the most advanced treatment modalities based on the professional’s unique needs to support the best outcomes. They will also receive specialized attention on identifying and defining unique work-related situations and aspects that impact their addictive behavior.

Effective therapy must align with an individual’s background, cultural identity, and personal values. We carefully structure each day to include individual and group therapies based on the most advanced treatment models – including Dialectical Behavior therapy, Trauma-Focused therapy, EMDR therapy, Cognitive Behavioral therapies, Motivational Interviewing, and Twelve Step approach. Specialized peer-group support and individualized work coping skills will address the unique needs of every professional situation.

Throughout our program, professionals and their loved ones will also receive important education, guidance and therapy to support lifelong recovery. Family therapy and education play a vital role in helping them and their loved ones understand addiction, learn new coping skills and begin rebuilding relationships. Our individualized continuing care plan will include carefully coordinated return-to-work assessment and preparation, including support to meet regulatory and licensing requirements.

Recovery is a lifelong process, our programming allows individuals to establish lasting connections with local support groups, mentors, and recovery communities. These relationships provide essential long-term encouragement and accountability, helping professionals sustain sobriety after formal treatment ends. Being part of an active recovery network makes it easier to access resources like sober events, counseling, and ongoing therapy.
